INTERMEDIATE SERVICE -

Manual £40.00 or E-Bike £50.00

We recommend you have a intermediate service every 3 to 9 months depending on usage.

Frame & Forks

Wiped down and checked for alignment

Wheels

Hubs and rims checked for damage and wear
Bearings checked for free movement

Tyres

Tyres and sidewalls checked for wear and inflated to correct pressure

Headset

Checked for free movement

Bolts

Checked and tightened to correct torque

Drive Train (chain and cassette/block)

Checked for wear and safety

Brakes

Checked for effective operation and adjusted

* Excludes cost of parts

ANNUAL SERVICE -

Manual £90.00 or E-Bike £110.00 (with update)

Frame & Forks

Wiped down and checked over

Wheels

Hubs and rims checked for damage and wear
Bearings checked for free movement and adjusted if required
Wheels trued and spokes re-tensioned

Tyres

Tyres and sidewalls checked for wear and inflated to correct pressure

Headset

Checked for free movement and adjusted as necessary

Bottom Bracket

Checked for free movement and adjusted as necessary

Bolts

Checked and tightened to correct torque

Drive Train (chain and cassette/block)

Removed, cleaned, checked for wear and re lubricated

Brakes & Gears

Checked for effective operation and adjusted
Cables removed and lubed

OUR SERVICES

PLATINUM SERVICE -

Manual £150.00 or E-Bike £170.00 (with update)

Recommended every 9-18 months depending on usage

Frame & Forks

Frame cleaned and checked for alignment and damage, threads cleaned and checked.
Frame and disc mounts face (if applicable)

Wheels

Hubs disassembled, cleaned, inspected and reassembled.

Headset

Removed, cleaned, re-greased (if applicable), refitted & checked for movement (replacement fitted if necessary)*

Bottom Bracket

Removed, cleaned, re-greased (if applicable), refitted & checked for movement (replacement fitted if necessary)*

All Other Components

Removed, checked for wear & re-lubricated
New cable set fitted*
New grips/bar tape fitted*

* Excludes cost of parts

All other repairs and jobs to be quoted for on hub tiger and in discussion with Repair & Ride

About

Introducing: Repair and Ride, new brand, same me. Some of you will know me, Matt, from the Upcycle or even Cyclone Cycle days and to some of you I’m new. I’m a bike mechanic with 20 years experience in the business, Cytech level 3 trained and a certified bike obsessive.

Repair and Ride are here to ensure that your bike is work fit so whether you’re after repairs or a service we offer it all. The workshop is based in South Cheshire and whilst you are welcome to drop your bike in we also offer a pick up and drop off service. Anyone that’s used me in the past will vouch for my passion for the job and dedication to getting you back on the road or mountain safely and quickly.

We work on all bikes, new, old, e-bikes, road and mountain, if it has two wheels we’ll sort it.
